Anastasia has always been fascinated by the beautiful mystery of human potential. Growing up in the sun-drenched countryside of Corinth, Greece, I spent my childhood enchanted by how differently we all experience the world around us. Isn’t it amazing how each of us sees life through our own special lens that nobody else can fully share?

This wonder about our inner worlds led me on a journey through psychology, spirituality, and the incredible possibilities of neuroplasticity. I’m constantly amazed by how our spirit and humanity can grow, heal, and transform throughout our lives!

I believe that awareness is like sunshine – it illuminates everything it touches. And when we bring awareness to ourselves, everything starts unfolding in a magical way!

My over six years in Human Resources, and dealing directly with CEOs, Executives and Managers, taught me so much about people—their dreams, struggles,insecurities, beliefs, ways of being and the unique gifts they bring to the table.
